Wearing a hat or using an umbrella is also recommended.
For about one week after treatment, avoid activities that increase body temperature,
such as sauna, intense exercise, and alcohol consumption.
Avoid exfoliants or products containing alcohol,
as they may irritate sensitive skin.
Apply the prescribed recovery cream or ointment
at least 3 times a day for about one week to support healing.
